Well, this isn't exactly a radio, because it's even better. It's a chatroom where everyone uploads their own songs, and the site plays them back so everyone could listen to them together. Downside is that it can only have five people at a time (though I don't think there are almost ever that many people on at once). If you know about any better alternatives, you can post them here.
